Our first project with Ireland Brown – the new P-6 Tarneit Rise Primary School – located on Hummingbird Boulevard. The new school is designed to cater for up to 475 students in a state of the art school facility.

The new school involved the construction of an administration building, 2 general learning buildings, gymnasium, car parking, external hardcourts, soccer field, external landscaped and playground areas.

The project was delivered under a “Time is of the Essence” contract and was completed in December 2017.
