We worked with Ireland Brown Constructions to help deliver the Luther College – Middle School Enhancement project.

The project was procured via an Early Contractor Engagement (ECI) and Design and Construct (D&C) methodology.

The scope of works included the demolition of sections of the existing middle school building and providing new student areas; classrooms, kitchen, function rooms, locker hubs, reception, learning environments as well as roof and external works.

This redevelopment was awarded the Timber Design Award and Timber Veneers Award at The Australian Timber Design Awards 2019. Timber was used to define the new learning landscape that sits complimentary within the existing built framework.
